One For All Judo Academy

Students at One For All Judo Academy benefit from instruction shaped by both educational expertise and elite-level Paralympic experience. We offer classes for ages 8 and up creating a shared space where beginners, developing students, and experienced practitioners grow together. Our combined-level structure emphasizes strong fundamentals, practical skill development, and respectful partner training, allowing each student to progress at their own pace while contributing to the group. Dedicated sessions in kata and meditation cultivate focus, discipline, and a deeper understanding of judo beyond technique. Each class reinforces resilience, intentional practice, and a sense of belonging within a supportive community

Beginner - Mondays 6:00 PM - 7:00PM 

This class is designed for students ages 8 and up who are new to judo. Emphasis is placed on building a strong foundation through basic techniques, movement, and etiquette in a structured and supportive environment. Students develop confidence, coordination, and discipline while learning how to train safely and respectfully with others. No prior experience is required.

Beginner & Intermediate
Fridays 6:00PM - 7:00PM

This class is designed for students ages 8 and up who are building and refining their foundation in judo. Beginners develop core skills in a structured environment, while intermediate students reinforce technique through repetition and guided progression. Training together allows newer students to learn by example and developing students to solidify their understanding, creating a balanced and supportive learning environment focused on steady growth.

Kata & Meditation Thursdays
6:00AM - 7:00AM

This class focuses on the study of kata and the practice of meditation to deepen understanding of judo beyond physical technique. Students refine movement, timing, and precision through structured forms while developing focus, discipline, and mental clarity. Designed for ages 13 and up, this class supports both technical growth and personal reflection, reinforcing the principles that guide practice on and off the mat.

All Levels Saturdays
1:15PM - 2:15PM

This class brings together students of all experience levels in a supportive, community-focused environment. Ages 8 and up train side by side, building strong fundamentals, refining technique, and learning through shared practice. Beginners gain confidence while experienced students deepen their understanding by leading through example. Each session emphasizes discipline, adaptability, and steady progress on and off the mat.
